ARCHITECTURE
For Vinatier, architecture is the human expression born from the need to create perceptions through the transformation of space, manipulating elements of its environment. It is a reflection of the ideology, the spirit of the society and culture in which it is immersed during its creation, and it transcends time through its qualities, stirring the human spirit.
Architecture is our reflection, and that is why at Vinatier we seek to incorporate into our projects principles and trends consistent with our vision of a well-studied, viable, economical, bioclimatic, sustainable, technological, high-performance, well-intentioned, and transcendent architectural design.
Although our architecture seeks to lead a contemporary trend, we share a taste for other architectural styles and aesthetic trends, from which we can refine characteristics to integrate them coherently into our project.
ENGINEERING
Engineering systems in an architectural work are responsible for the supply, control and administration of resources, which are focused on satisfying the needs of the architectural work. Vinatier can participate in any of the stages of the different systems that are integrated into a building.
Stages
System needs consists of the analysis of system requirements in an architectural space during specified periods of time.
System design consists of determining the type and source of supply, its arrangement in space based on the needs of the system, as well as its configuration and characteristics, design of controllers and actuators.
Calculation consists of preparing the calculation report that allows for a design that adequately meets the functional and regulatory needs of the installation.
Integration consists of consolidating the project at the executive level, where the project and its component systems are fully described, as well as the integration of different systems.
Installation is the construction and configuration of the system based on the executive project.
