Los Torotes is a sustainable vacation villa development, located in Todos Santos, a magical town, on the Baja California Sur peninsula.
It consists of 5 units equipped with amenities and services to create a relaxing and fun vacation experience. Each unit has a bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and all services.

Anáhuac la escondida was a project carried out with the purpose of maximizing the use of the land and generating the greatest possible amount of green areas with trees and plants from the region, a pioneering development in Monterrey in the management of systems for energy use, water conservation and resource use.

Cova I was a project conceived and studied to maximize the performance of material and economic resources, maximizing the utility per m2. Almost the entire project was sold during the year of its construction in the pre-sale period, more than 70 homes equipped with amenities and service areas.
